Returns & Refund Policy

No product returns & cash refunds are entertained at Styler.Pk until and unless we sent you the wrong (other than shown on the website) product or product that has a manufacturing defect. In that case, you have to contact customer services with your order no at support@styler.pk or call / WhatsApp at +92-344-333-9533 within 1-2 hours of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in order for a return/refund to be processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will process a refund or replacement of the product depending on the condition/category of the product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund (full/partial) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days after receiving the product.

Exchange Policy

All items cannot be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (color/size issue), send us an email at support@styler.pk or call/WhatsApp at +92-344-333-9533 along with your order number.

Please be aware that certain products are only available in limited quantities and may not be available at the time of exchange. It is, therefore, requested to kindly contact customer support before applying for an exchange.

Due to differences in colors on different screens, the exact color of the final item may be slightly different from the one shown on the website. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Items that cannot be returned/ exchanged

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Beauty and fragrance items

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, returned, or refunded. Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Disclaimer

Claims (returns, refunds, or exchanges) and complaints of an order will not be entertained after 14 days from the date of the order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
